Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, certain items sold on Health Dry are non-returnable and non-refundable. This includes:

• Opened or used products
• Items with broken seals or tampered packaging
• Personal care and health-related products (for hygiene and safety reasons)
• Products purchased during special offers, discounts, or clearance sales

We only accept returns in cases where the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery. In such cases, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof (images or videos).

HealthDry reserves the right to inspect and verify the claim before approving any replacement or refund.
